i could not sleep all through the night because my two nostrils were blocked with dry catarrh that does not want to come out. i can not breathe with my nostrils and Opening my mouth makes me conscious. i have tried inhaler, rub, breathing in and out steam. Please which strong drug should i uses to end this trouble that cost me entirely my night sleep and what should i avoid?
