No, there is an American guy who installed ZN shine panel the 445W variant and due to what he’s pulling from them it’s obvious they are great panels plus @Valto also use ZN-shine panel as well the 730W variant.

Awesome grin it’s always good to diversify, we all don’t have to be stuck with Jinko panels only especially since Zn-shine always come cheaper compared to their Jinko counterparts.

New Nigerian curriculum for secondary schools now include solar photovoltaic installation and maintenance from js1 to ss3.

Nigerian kids could be experts in solar installation before they are done with ss3.

Hope every school adopts this.

Solar installers here can also apply to schools as part time job.

What's going on please? Or is the faouni I'm using different?
Bros anything you need and see mentioned on this thread by regular contributors here, better rush and buy. Why, because many Nigerians, most of who are not registered reference this thread to make there purchasing decisions.

I noticed this trend right from the Free To Air (FTA) days. Whenever a decoder or LNB was mentioned as being efficient, it sold like wildfire.

Examples abound, someone mentioned about LG fridges being power efficient on inverters between the range of 290 litres to 350 litres, within a short period Fouani was out of stock, the same thing happened with the Jinko panels, LG restocked and within a short time certain wattage panels (highly recommended) was exhausted.

I just pity people who come to this thread to fool themselves because they feel it is a faceless forum.

Lastly like @dollarnaira would say na person wey get sense dey use solar.

Some authentic equipment sellers are enjoying free advert on this thread and nairaland.

Still on the renewable energy journey, many people mix it up at the very first stage; they neglect the importance of proper system sizing. I built this app to help solve this problem. You don't have to be a professional to use it.

The solar calculator is completely free. You can use the calculator via solarformation.com
I'll continue working on it and plan to achieve the other features listed on the landing page.

Nice.

I just tested the expert mode and it gave very similar system design to what I manually designed.

I'll like to do some feedback in your Whatsapp group, but comment is restricted to only admin.

There is a huge potential for that app.

If this one works, it will benefit so many people who oversize their system. Especially those on band A - no need to oversize battery bank anymore; just sale in the day, consume at night.

Edit
Just read part of the draft. It's limited to:
Not less than 50kW power.
Sale is to be injected to 415V, 11kV or 33kV lines. So most of gencos here are excluded. I guess, the infrastructure at the distribution network (transformer) may not be able to handle bidirectional power flow.

We aren't operating a smart grid so no bidirectional power flow for now.

One thing I've always known is, the super wealthy people on this forum are not even registered members. And even if they have accounts, they're mostly on readOnly mode. I know this because I've been with them numerous times while they browse through the forum
