1. curl

http://php.net/manual/en/book.curl.php
curl can send request in both Procedural PHP and Object Oriented (OOP) PHP . Curl support most programming languages like python

2. guzzle

http://docs.guzzlephp.org/en/stable/

Guzzle HTTP is for only OOP php framework like laravel and symfony.
I don't know if guzzle supports other languages!!!!

3. The normal GET ,POST and PUT using HTTP connection
