the only thing our medical doctors in Nigeria know is book and nothing else. if u ask me I have plenty reasons to back it up.

You don't even know what you're saying. Generally, doctors trained in resource-constrained settings have better clinical acumen out of necessity.

Honestly. It's not wholly their fault. Training capacity is just not enough in Nigeria and pikin must turn doctor na.

"You don't even know what you're saying". the other way round....have clinical acumen that can't carter for d citizens irrespective of status with full impose confidence. we have seeing and heard cases of our elites flown abroad for medical treatments even within Africa take example of south African, Egypt and Ethiopia does it mean, we don't have specialized Doctors in Nigeria that at least a case of elite from another country taken to us medical treatments. Our politicians built state of art hospitals, national hospital, teaching hospitals and specialist hospitals, none these hospitals have competent hands with confidence to treat our elites. The giant of Africa, should be a medical tourism hub of Africa...

2. Do you know how many Nigeria-trained doctors are in those other African countries? You'll be surprised.
