Potential candidate must be determined and self motivated and must be ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

JOB DETAILS
Date Processing Officer: REF NO: HR/DP-0003; LOCATION: Ketu, Lagos.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

He or She will:

*Organize documents; prepare and code data for entry into computer system.
*Enter data into system via on-line terminals and other data entry devices; verifies for accuracy and completeness.
*Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies in files.
*Answers phone; screens calls; responds to any inquiries or transfers call to appropriate office or individual; composes correspondence in
response to inquiries.
*Maintain library of any reference material needed to ensure accurate coding.
*Files material into proper location.
*Assist with other work processing or other tasks as needed

SKILLS REQUIRED
* Self motivated
* Accounting skills required
* Self driven
* Excellent communication
* Resourceful
* Growth driven (both personal and group wise)
* Computer skills required (word, excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
BSC or HND in Computer Science or Accounting
Required Experience: 1 year of cognate working experience
