Job Title – Data Entry Support
Job Ref – VAN/2017/DE /01
Qualification – OND/HND/BSC
Experience – 6 months – 2 years
Location – Ota, Ogun
Job Field – ICT

Job Summary:

• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
• Verify data and correct data where necessary
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
• Check completed work for accuracy
• Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Update and maintain information on computer systems
• Other responsibilities as deemed fit to assign to him/her.

Skills
• Data entry skills

• Microsoft applications


Added advantage:
– Proficient knowledge of image editing tools such as corel draw, photoshop etc
– Proficient knowledge of the use of digital camera
