Let it not be those army checkpoints that caused this. Many accidents along that road happen when the army checkpoints block traffic pretending to search for their heads and then a truck will fail break and be speeding down that hill, it had even killed many people before.

I learnt there are 2 or 3 checkpoints along that short road.
