If you want assets that are constantly growing and rarely drop in value, the answer is simple: Land or Gold.

I call them generational wealth builders grin. Just look at the math: a plot bought for ₦1 million three years ago will surely not sell for less than ₦2 million or ₦3 million now. That’s the kind of appreciation you want.
Are you ready to face the problems that come with buying land and keeping it for years? I don’t think so. It’s a very risky investment now. Any piece of land kept longer than two years may lead to a loss of that land or life. speaking from experience.
NYSCRe: A Female Corps Member Posted To A Cemetery As Manager (Photos, Video) by 3Si69: 4:16pm On Nov 26, 2025
But if you're abroad, you won't complain even if your job is to wash carcasses! These young corpers don’t know that any experience is experience, and it can land you a good job with good pay. The guy who became my friend in camp was posted to the morgue. After the NYSC, he is now working around the Ibadan expressway with good pay, free accommodation, and a free car. If he had rejected it during NYSC, he wouldn’t have gotten the job now because of no experience and might be doing a job with 100k pay a month.
FoodRe: What Do You Call This In Your Language? Do You Eat It? (picture)! by 3Si69: 11:31am On Nov 26, 2025
irẹ́ in Yoruba language. I ate it twice because you don’t see them around because only farmers who cultivate yam and cassava can bring it home from the farm.
HealthRe: TTC & Failed IVF: After ₦3.5M, No Baby, No Refund by 3Si69: 7:50am On Nov 26, 2025
I was once in that situation but with low sperm count. I didn’t take it seriously for about three years. After making some lifestyle changes ( Alcohol stopped completely) and also too ewe Abo with lime Orange for a month, things improved, both sexual desire and spam counts and a later test showed better results. By the third month, my wife conceived. I think couples in that situation should seek proper support and guidance also from their villages or local herbal shop. Most time If the problem is from the woman, always hard to resolve but Na from man, easiest to resolve.

Christianity EtcRe: Does Praying For The Dead Make Them Go To Heaven? by 3Si69: 10:18am On Nov 23, 2025
Dtruthspeaker:
Wrong.
It is because God has finished using them to ensure that everyone has heard, so that no man can claim "I did not know Lord".

Or did you not see a policeman shoot a woman dead for calling him a dem0n?
Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, old man! Where was your Lord when churches were attacked and those gullible ones were killed, and others were kidnapped, waiting for their families to pay ransom to set them free? You believe prayer can’t set those kidnapped free but can make you prosper or protect you from evildoers? What kind of brain is in your head?
PoliticsRe: Pray Against Evildoers, Zulum Tells Residents, Launches ‘Spiritual Offensive’ by 3Si69: 10:10am On Nov 23, 2025
But his children, those who are in Nigeria, are well protected by the army. The same way pastors are selling lies to their gullible followers, telling them to pray for protection from God, that only He can protect them, while they and their families move around with security guards. Gullible people.
Christianity EtcRe: Does Praying For The Dead Make Them Go To Heaven? by 3Si69: 10:06am On Nov 23, 2025
Those who brought you the Bible and Qur’an are now stopping you from preaching in their countries because they know they sold lies to you and you believed them. They are keeping their children safe from you so you don’t sell the lies back to them. No heaven, no hellfire. It’s all lies, no claims support it and no one can prove it. Jesus was just an ordinary man like you who lived and died, the same way you will when it’s your time. Nothing like prayer, stop wasting your time.
PoliticsRe: US And Nigeria To Form Task Force On Christian Persecution Allegations by 3Si69: 7:50am On Nov 21, 2025
Racoon:
Humn! So much injustice against believers across this nation. The gunmen attack @ the CAC church in Ilorin is a tip of the iceberg
What are your pastors doing about it? Has any of them spoken out? Of course they didn't because they want to do everything possible to keep you in church so you can continue dropping every d^mn naira you worked for. I'm a Muslim, and the way Christians are treated in Nigeria makes me so angry that I’ve distanced myself from anything called religion. YOUR BIG PASTORS ARE NOT DOING ENOUGH FOR YOU GUYS!
HealthRe: Nigerian Man In The UK Found Dead Inside His Home Five Days After He Passed by 3Si69:
Pre32:
Too bad , this life , we need to be more prayerful
Nigeria mentality! Pastors go don cash out for your head weller because according to your pastor, anything bad is from the devil and needs prayer, even if it's just a common headache. grin grin grin We need to be more health conscious!

Machinery from were? The one Russua send to Mali and were all killed and send back in bodies bags to Russia?

Which machinery will dare such risk in a terrain like Nigeria, dem no fit.

To be sincere I blame Obj, Gej and mostly Buhari for this problem due to their failure to stop these demons before it became overwhelming like these. Buhari worsen it all.
During Gej time, machinery that entered almost finish boko haram not until when northerns started crying. Trust me bro, those bandits are nothing without the support they are getting from powerful people from the north. If government ready to crush them, it won't take a moment, you won't hear of them again.

I'm seeing how this insecurity is ending. The president is pretending as if everything is okay. Nobody to tell that Nigeria needs machinery to help with this insecurity.

If the country were good, you would be living in a village farming, not flying in a private jet at the expense of tithes and offerings from poor people seeking the miracle you claim a dead Jesus can perform. We need America’s support, and we need it now.
