Yes, teaching before non teaching. Teaching staff went through only the interview, while non teaching staff went through both the exam and the interview.

It’s not about having a first class degree. The real question is, what problem can you solve with your degree? I would rather employ an ND holder who is determined to learn than a first class degree holder.

I don't understand your fear here. You are invited for an interview, go if you hands are clean but mind you, it must be on their Office. If the address is somewhere else, Na scam. Insist on meeting them in their office! And once they ask for any money, Na scam.
