..to your question, even though I am a Toyota and Lexus lover (I love the combination of durability with the kind of aesthetics Toyota and Lexus offers) I will advise you to forget about that brand expecially if you are a tall person. I have always felt that particular brand is overpriced and over valued. You should look for another Lexus brand if you really want a Lexus... Toyota did not bring their durability insignia into the IS 250 at all... You don't wanna be in the slightest accident with that car.

Hello guys, I’m in the market for a 2008 Lexus Is 250 as a first car but I’m a bit worried because I’m a little taller than most so I’m worried how well I’ll fit in the car. All suggestions are welcome

There are various options from working on these vehicles.
Camry 2012-2014 very rugged, not so sporty easy to maintain and can take serious beating
Mercedes E class very vey rugged, very sporty and well balanced not so easy to maintain, you’ll need an experienced tech to handle maintenance.
If you’re the daredevil type you can go for BMW 3 E90 or 5 series E60 very sporty and rugged too, but not easy to maintain at all, but the maintenance can be handled well.

2006-2010 Lexus IS250 or IS350 ( very very sporty, doesn’t get spoilt easily )
2008 Mercedes C300 ( not so sporty, but shows class. can be expensive to maintain if you mess it up and skip frequent servicing )
2010 - 2014 or 2015 Toyota Camry
2014 Hyundai

If lucky enough, can find a 2010 Mercedes E350 for that range maybe idk

Wow this is so comprehensive. The Lexus Is 250 was my first choice but I’m scared it’ll be too small for me in terms of legroom when driving I’m a good 6foot 4 inches tall.
