Looking at the physical developments in our environment, it baffles me how people build structures and allocate uses to land without in-depth thought and future projections. Most of our churches, mosques, event centres, relaxation centres and other public spaces are developed without due consideration to convenience, adjourning and future development. As Africans, we are quick to appreciate well-arranged environment we see in Europe and America either physically or via photograph. We are also quick to make large printout of these serene environment to decorate our homes and offices. Why can't we have a development policy/document in form of MASTER PLAN to guide developmental projects in our churches, mosques, schools, relaxation centres and other public places rather than site developments sporadically? Why can't we implement a well designed MASTER PLAN to achieve desired comfort? Why can't you have a MASTER PLAN for that development you have in mind? 1 Like 1 Share |
