Pls who can give me precise descriptions on making Naija egg rolls, the ones made WITHOUT sausage, just the bread-like dough around the egg.

it's called scotch egg and you can google for a good recipe. I tried making it once but it didnt turn out so well, so I'll just have to try again until I get it right.

Not sure i know this kind- you mean just fried dough wrapped around the egg?

Thanks 'tpia', will definitely keep this recipe too and d links but unfortunately tho I'm looking for the recipe to the kind that's sold on the Lagos roads (u know, the 'go-slow'). It has a kind of bread-like dough wrapped around the eggs
