@Poster more details, please. What mac model (laptop or desktop?). any ventilation issues (overheating CAN be an issue)? |

THANKS it a desktop but i don't know the model, i replaced the powerpack with the new one she brought but it refused to power. let me attach the pix. pls see attached for image of the mac desktop.
