Website designing is a very useful skill to have both for profit and idea implementation. With this skill, the only reason you might be out of money is if you dont know how to market your skill adequately, or you are not really taking it seriously. I will be available on weekends to tutor individuals in 2's (Two students at a a time) for 6 hours in web designing(Yes! that's enough time to complete a web design Job  ), we will build live websites from scratch to fully functional.If you are an individual who wants to have this skill as a career, a side Job, or you just want to implement a website/business idea you have but cannot afford to pay a web designer, this is your opportunity to learn to do it by yourself.
