Hi,
Is it possible for unilag to send you a text message to call a particular number to collect your matric number and admission letter? Someone who i met in this forum last year claimed he got admission for me. I spent almost 300,000 for the admission. He claimed my name came out in the vc list. During the beginning of this month, i got a message which says i should call a number to get my matric number and admission letter. Could this be fraud? I gave him my school fees, acceptance fees and accomodation fees when he told me my name came out in the vc list. The name of the person i met in this forum is Adeoye Hassan, he later introduced me to Musa Hassan who helped him get an admission to unliag. Later, the musa hassan linked me with an admin officer in the Unilag.

I will tell you my honest opinion: If you indeed gave anyone you met ONLINE to process admission for you N 300,000.00 and a university uses a GSM phone to advise you of your matriculation number and admission letter, YOU must be SUPER-DUMB! You sure did not make that money from your sweat for you lack any iota of sense the way you lighted it up with matches and sent it to burn-ville!

Now listen, if you are truly getting admitted into a first degree in Nigeria (not Pre-degree), your admission letter will come from JAMB except this hasa changed these days. Next time you need to ask these questions before parting with money and not afterwards.
