Recently, the search giant Google had sent a warning message to apps that require permissions to use the Accessibility Services. Google had said that they will remove such apps from its Play Store which may create security issues.

If you are pro Android user, then you must be aware of Accessibility services. Accessibility services is basically a set of features that are designed for disabled people to help them navigate and use an Android phone.
You can even use those Accessibility Services under the settings menu of your Android. Recently, the search giant had sent a warning message to apps that require permissions to use the Accessibility Services.
This feature is great for disabled people. However, this can also be misused to gain sensitive information from helpless users. Google had said that they will remove such apps from its Play Store which may create security issues.
Android police reported“Google is most likely cracking down on Accessibility Services use due to security reasons. While applications like LastPass use the available APIs to identify password fields in other apps, this level of access can be used maliciously”
In the mail sent to app developer, Google stated “unless developers can describe how the app properly uses the Accessibility Services to help users who are disabled, it will need to remove all requests for accessibility services or it will be taken off of the Play Store”
“All violations are tracked. Serious or repeated violations of any nature will result in the termination of your developer account, and investigation and possible termination of related Google accounts”
It’s indeed the best step from Google that will benefit disabled users of those who uses the Accessibility services.
