My friends husband died this morning
He died because the doctor said his sugar level rose up
Please what can one do to keep your sugar level normal?

NAIJA DOCTORS do not know how to preserve LIVES..... if you have money travel abroad. sorry for her LOSS.

Simple avoid eating anything that has too much sugar.

He must have had diabetes.
Go for a sugar level test at a hospital or health center. Then get advice from your doctors.
It's not only refined sugar that increases your sugar level, certain foods and drinks contain a lot of sugar o them.
Just go for medical checkups at least 3 - 4 times a year.
