For me I have smoked for 5 years ( strictly cigarettes) and I can tell you, those five years were hell on Earth.

Is it the public embarrassment that comes with nicotine smell
Or the stigma that many women attach to it
The isolation it gives from friends and colleagues who don't smoke
The dark lips the heart pain and heartburn.

Ive been a smoker for seven years now and dont plan to quit. Don't believe all the lies about nicotine or cigarettes. All I'll say is that a healthy lifestyle is key to long life. Eat natural foods;not processed and exercise daily. Big Pharma and the Eipsten class spread anti-nicotine and anti-marijuana propaganda cos it's the only thing keeping them from wiping off testosterone levels completely. You're living in a matrix. Lung cancer is caused mostly by cigarettes smoking. Accepted but they won't add that most heavy smokers roughly 80percent or more don't ever have lung cancer or any other complications. The matrix will make you believe anything they tell you. If your problem with smoking is related to stigma etc, then we really live in a soft world.
