FRIDAY, 8TH DECEMBER, 2017: Juma’t Service

Venue: University Auditorium, Take-off site

SUNDAY, 10TH DECEMBER, 2017: Interdenominational Thanksgiving Church Service

Venue: University Auditorium, Take-off site

Time: 9.00am


MONDAY, 11TH DECEMBER, 2017: Research Faire

Award of first degrees and Prizes as well as commendation letters to distinguished individuals and organizations for their contribution to the development of the University

Venue: Convocation Arena, Permanent site

NOTICE FOR ALL GRADUANDS

1.Graduands are please requested to note the following:

It is mandatory for all Graduands to pay a convocation fee of N7,000 which includes the following items irrespective of attendance to the convocation ceremony:
Order of proceedings – N1, 500
Hiring of Academic gown - N3, 500
Certificate – N2, 000

All Graduands are expected to dress in full appropriate wear for the occasion (i.e. suit, shirt and tie for men and skirt suit/shirt and blouse or gown for ladies) or full national dress
Academic gowns shall be collected at the Faculties
Graduands must present evidence of payment before they can collect Convocation materials.
Collection of Convocation materials commences on Thursday 14th December, 207
All hired gowns should be returned by the Graduands to their collection points not later than Wednesday, 20th December, 2017. Failure to return the gown on time attracts N1, 500 daily while damage or outright loss of the gown shall attract a penalty of N20, 000
All graduands are to assembly in front of the administrative block by 9.00 am for the commencement of procession
It is compulsory for all Graduands to participate in the academic procession and to put on the approved academic regalia


MODE OF PAYMENT

All payments to Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo should be made through the following procedure:

Log into remita.net
Click on pay a Federal Government Agency
Under the name MDA, type Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo
Go to name of service purpose and click on box
Select Convocation fees, fill out the required information
Print out the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number
Take the RRR number to any bank of your choice nationwide and make payments
Payments will begin on Monday, 11th December, 2017
