I scanned my Toyota Camry 2007, and I got this P0301 error code telling me cylinder 1 misfire detected, pls how do I tackle this problem? The problem am having with the car is that it sleeps on high hills.

How do u mean slips on high hill. Share more light into this problem

swap plugs and ignition coil with a known working one or beta still one from another cylinder. that should isolate the issue, also scan after each swap to ascertain if the misfire has changed its position
