I have always thought that wakanow.com is a genuine business.

So on Friday I booked a flight and paid by transferring 275, 000naira to their Zenith bank.

Till now I have not gotten reply, I have tried contacting them but they keep saying they have not seen my payment.
Meanwhile I have since called my bank and they confirmed that the payment was successful.

Can someone that know them reach out to them and beg them to either transfer back my money or give me the ticket that I paid for. I have been calling their customer care and they are not picking the calls.

You have to wait till Monday before raising an alarm, sometimes weekend payment takes longer than necessary.
