Hi guys please i need advice I don't know what happened after my TV was hit by a power surge and blew up I took it for repair and the electrician fix only to bring it home after 3 hours for it to go black, I equally took it back to the electrician and once again he fix it it work there and I brought it home and now it's displaying picture like this I don't know what to do please if any one have an advice on what the problem his and a better electrician you can recommend I'll be really grateful thanks all
