Alhamdullilah finally I got called and the offer was close to 200k.

We are even earning close to $3 dollar per hour compare to those rascals in USA earning $13 to $15 minimum

It's so bad and disheartening.but any company doing that in this age of media exposure to information is doing themselves a disfavour.

While those in billing are been offered a very poor pay. Even with all your experience, they offer you something you are not even proud of.

I wonder the kind of system they intend to build. It will just be like other firms. People resigning at will.
If you want to build a standard. Start by getting the best hands.

This salary is really going to turn a lot of experienced folks away and then, they will settle for anyone and the company begins to lose value

I would also recommend that anyone disgruntled with his salary should contact Carol, possibly a positive outcome might come out of it. Good luck with that. Cheers

I don't want to talk about the salary issues with same role.
I seem to think the difference in salary between TSE and Billing is due to their different job functions.

I just couldn't take it.

Now I can move on.

Hello all... you need to make enquiries before accepting or rejecting the offer. It doesn't matter how much you are offered now. After the 6months of probation, Everyone will be placed on same scale. Weigh your options though. There are so many things that was not captured in the offer that you will get to know soon.

Hi bossbaba29, the interview process is in stages of personality test, technical test, English language test, customer handling test and the second stage is the team activity assessment and finally the face-to-face interview. Good luck. But which position are you doing the interview for?

Yes, you can add them on your CV or print it on a different page... which ever is convenient for you.

You can add the Referees to your CV or have a separate single page for the referees all the same. Go with a utility bill that's carries your home address or any proof of your address.

I think, either get a letter from them or you send their details to the in a mail...mk sure ur utility bill Addy is same as ur CV addy
