My estimate is a single house will cost $20,000 dollars or 8 million naira to build .

I also calculated cost of material such as toilet and bath,shower heads ,tiles ,lighting ,doors and windows . the entire house can be built for $20,000 dollars or 8 million naira . to build 500 of such houses would be around 10 Million dollars or 3 billion dollars. who is willing to invest 10 million dollars to build a small town
