Allah had ordained it
With bismillah I came
Crying out loud
Unaware of the world at hand.


My most cherished one consoled me
And to sleep I went
On and on it goes
The same routine


Growing, growing, I kept on going
Taking my first steps
And saying my first words
Till I start moving and conversing


You stood by me
And guided me
How happy I was
To be with you.


All your teachings & soft smile I learned
With your sweet words
I went to sleep again.



Waking up the next day
I realize you’ve left
Allah had called you
With sad tears in my eyes
I said my prayers &
Took my final glance.


How my heart still grieves
Every standstill of the day
With my heart missing you,
I strive to be a good Muslim
To see you one day
In our final abode (jannah)
May we meet there In Sha Allah
