My battery meter has been on 100% all night to this morning ... as i updated to android 7.0 with my infinix hot 4..I believe it is a problem..

Did you restart your phone?

First, try to restart it and if the issue still continues, let it play a video until it runs out of battery and turns off by itself.

In this way, you know if you need to start and power on the screen again.

Also, try installing a battery usage monitor app so you can check in real time how your battery is used.

I have restarted it multiple times but it is still the same..even installed Du Batterysaver App to check for my phone's battery usage.. but it seems perfect

Have you tried charging the phone it might reset the meter. If it doesn't work, allow the battery to drain to zero ie phone goes off. Then charge it. Good luck.

thanks anyway.. but I have tried it before..didn't work

Just leave the device till it goes down.. once it shuts down.. recharge.. this should get it back to normal

Wipe the cache partition...then boot it to safe mode
