The ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with other disciplines and
other development groups

Interested Applicant must have knowledge of 1 or 2 of this Software:
*Adobe Dream weaver CS5
*Adobe Photoshop CS5
*Adobe premiere CS5
*Adobe indesign CS5
*Adobe Creative Suite 5
*Microsoft Office 2002 or 2003 with Frontpage

The emboldened statement sounds like a fraud, what company forces applicants/job seekers to that details. Never heard of any.

Why do you need to make people buy some products before employing them?

y must applicant send the software to ur company, thats 2 say ur company lack creative guys, do u tink an average Graphic guy will do this? Go and buy the software or u need training on them - say it open.
