Dumb! He was sworn in as PRESIDENT and not as Acting president. He had been acting president since February 2010 since the declaration of the National Assembly. |

@DumbPoster How can he be sworn in as the Acting President, when he has being an Acting President for the last few months? He is now the PRESIDENT, If that is so difficult for you to understand. |
