*BE IN CONTROL REALTORS, ENOUGH OF CLIENT TOSSES*

Don't let any client lead you on a wild goose chase. Don't just accept any offer from clients because you want to please them.This is your terrain and your client shouldn't know better than you.

Please,educate the client and let them know that their offer is Ridiculous.900,000 for a plot of land in Egbeda...Etc..is so unrealistic.

And always ensure feedback. Please, do not keep mute if there is an on going deal . Yes, we know how clients can be most times but it is essential to communicate and keep the people you are working with in the loop. Don't keep hopes up unnecessarily.

If the client is out of town,let your fellow agent know. If they are yet to decide,let your partner know. It affects one 's credibility as an agent when you find a piece of property and the client is no where. Your phone calls will  naturally be ignored when you have a prospective client.
