Enugu rural areas have good roads...anambra rural Areas have good roads and now Ebonyi rural areas have also got some good roads

I saw guys in Aba and Ebonyi hoisting flags and they were not green and white so how can SE be rejoicing when only 3/5 states are being looted by PDP?
