Talk to somebody about it, Depression is deep worriness about challenges you facing, when you can't deal with them all, you get depressed because it seems to be an overload for your brain to process.

By talking to some one you indirectly freeing yourself of some brain processing overload while some one does it for you in the process of discussing with them. So talk to somebody, they might not be able to assist you due to limited resource but might help in finding solution from a different perspective.
