It was bought from National Orthopedic Hospital
Co-op society Igbobi, lagos.

what is the size of this land in question and what is the reason for selling. Also what is the cost of transfering documents to the new owner.

The normal size and the owner is developing another
land somewhere. As f or transferring of document.
you get a transfer paper from the original owner, which
is Co-op society of National Orthopedic Hospital Igbobi, Lagos.
