I’m in need of residential property developer(s) to complete a block of 8x one bedroom house in Ifo, Ogun. The property is constructed to windows (bottom) level, with two-coaches perimeter fence on sides. A dual full sized suck away has been constructed as well; survey has been completed, necessary documents have already been put in for approval, all other paperwork are also under processing. Full contract agreement for your investment will be duly completed separately in due course.

The area is fast developing, with great potential hence the reason why i do not intend to sell outright. Location is few minutes drive from the Lagos Abeokuta Expressway, just after Ifo Market.

I’m looking for a serious investor to take over the property for a maximum leasehold ownership of 15 years. Rent per flat (of similar nature) in the area is approximately 150k yearly at the moment; more returns on your investment as times go by. I don’t have any previous idea of how this is done, which is why i’m putting up the request here online for potential investors who might be interested... property is mine personally.
