Building a HOTEL or A Hostel or a 3 flats apartments?

Which is better and will generate more income?

There is affordable housing deficiency in Edo cos most house built are 3 bedrooms flats which is expensive to rent sir.

I live in Benin, from wat I have noticed over the years. I would say u stay away from the Hotel idea. It would be too bulky to me to explain, I tell you, Hotel management is big work. Our Benin people aren't always ready to pay for Value; if u know wat I mean. FOR EXAMPLE, they see using DROP/TAXI As a waste or show off........
I.M.O I would advice Hostel. Cheers. I stand to be corrected.

You nailed it brother,,,you know the city is not too economically viable.


I think self cons is okay in a busy area,,maybe or 1 bed apartments.
