Please, would like to know what language or program I need to learn to build a forum (Design and structure similar to Nairaland but content completely different and targeted to a completely different set of people). Even though am still a novice in ICT, I would like to build the site myself from the scratch. Oga Seun can also encourage me by telling me the necessary steps plus including the materials to use. Also, I don't mind direct tutelage and mentorship from him as his life and style has always been a motivation to me and reason why I want to model his path.
