You claimed to be a registered company. From what we can gather from the links you provided about your registration status, you registered the company to engage in security dealings for your personal account/funds (not people's account/fund), You have not provided any information when registering the company that you will solicit for investments from the public neither have you provided information that you will act as a financial broker, because you know that you will need a Government's license and Government regulatory status to do that. Even if you want to solicit for investments in your trading skills, you can't be requesting investors to make deposits into your personal account. You can decide to partner/work/offer your service under a Government's licensed, regulated, monitored and audited financial brokerage company. From what we get from the database listing registered companies, they have expressly said that there will not interfere with the company activities, whether financial or others, a reason we always drum into the ears of members of this forum that a CAC registration status or even a company registered in any country does not subject the company's financial records and activities to be monitored and audited by the government. Your best bet for the security of investors funds is your funds being held in a Government's licensed, regulated, monitored and audited financial brokerage company, which forced the company to open their financial records and activities for periodic monitoring and auditing by the government, thereby putting the investors funds on the save side. An unlicensed and unregulated UK company soliciting for investment from citizens of this country and members of this forum, organizing to perpetrate their own scam/ponzi scheme, now that Nigeria is not ranked in the world in terms of internet scam/fraud even when most of the fraud is being perpetrated over there, we will advice you to take your scam/ponzi scheme from these country and forum back to your people, and if your are a Nigerian doing this, nemesis will certainly catch up with you people. Any body reading this, if we have put it wrong, we asked for your forgiveness, we are just angry that this people know what to do to provide the needed security for investors funds, but the purposely refused since they have an hidden agenda. |
