I actually need it for work.I was recently given a responsibility that requires desktop backup.I have search the web but seems 2 be getting only trial version softwares (Like NOVABACKUP 7.0).

What you need is NAS  = network attached storage.

You can create share folder across your firm and everyone backup to that. It is protected from virus and most easy to install.

How much gig of data?  how many people need to access the data?  what is retention time?
