Abegi, make we hear word.  If you study outside Nigeria, the NYSC act state that you should come back and observe the mandatory scheme for one year or collect an exemption letter. If she cant observe the service, why can't she collect an exemption certificate instead, why forge it?(if at all PREMUIM TIMES is correct with their report)  |
