u got it. mini flat is different from self contained apartment.

a m/flat is one sitting rm (lounge), one bedrm + convenience (i.e toilet/bath) including kitchen.

whereas, a self contained apartment is just one bedrm + aforesaid convenience.

the reason i explained d two said apartment is that people mixed it up n seemly confused to differentiate one for other.
