to build two units of a 1 Bedroom flat (self contain) (1 storey
building)

Each unit will have 1 parlour, 1 bedroom, 1
kitchen, 1 bathroom/ toilet, 1 balcony and 1 Front
verandah.

The Unit upstairs will have 1 staircase.
