I've noticed that many Nigerians don't seem to understand that there's a clear distinction between Zero(0) and letter O pronounced as 'oh', whereas 0(oval shape) is an empty figure, O(circular shape) is the 15th letter of the English alphabet.

Reason for pointing this out, I was conversing with my sibling on phone asking for her email details in the process of registering her for a university putme, she recalled her email password with the conflicting 0/O, I asked for clarification but she was somehow confused...of curse she's a little girl, so her ignorance could be pardoned. I resolved that on my own by trying the two 0&O and later corrected her.

Many adults make this mistake too when dealing with figures in the university and especially when they are recalling their phone numbers. The little mistake I pointed above could be a bane in a job interview and other places. Please do take note.
