In continuation of the directive by the Governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano, to clear the streets of Anambra State from mentally challenged persons, the Honorable Commissioner For Social Welfare, Children and Women Affairs, Lady Ndidi Mezue, personally, led the relocation team in identifying and relocating some of the mentally ill persons from major streets of Anambra State.

The Relocation team which was led by the Honorable Commissioner, spotted some of this category of individuals at Unizk and Juhel pharmacy Junctions both in Awka Capital Territory.

Few of the mentally ill persons that were picked up, were cautiously relocated to Nteje Home for Mentally challenged, following International best practice as instructed by the Executive Governor of Anambra State.

It will be recalled that since the appointment of Lady Ndidi Mezue, as the Commissioner For Social Welfare, Children and Women Affairs, over 15 raids have been carried out in the state, resulting in a number of identification and relocations to Nteje Home, where the Wife Of the Governor of Anambra State, Her Excellency Chief Mrs EbeleChukwu Obiano, provided shelter and is making sure the inmates were rehabilitated and reconciled with their families.

There are mentally unstable people everywhere in the world but their government manage the situation with high sense of responsibility. Good job by anambra state ministry of health. I recommend this process for other states.

Using style to remove Ebonyi people

They're using gala to bait mad people in Anambra. Even a mentally deranged Igbo man recognises gala and fan yogo.

Your post is illogical, incoherent and opposed to rational reasoning. Are you sure you also don't need gala and ambulance?
