I read on line that lemon juice squeezed in water and drank relieves constipation and this is actually true, I have tried it myself but what I don't understand is that what about when the lemon is squeezed in tea and drank will it also relief constipation as well, I really need to know because Google keeps taking me in circles so doctors in the house pls help answer my question. |

Op if you want a simple cure for your problem buy and eat like 3 correct oranges not only the juice but whole orange excluding the green skin |
