Solution to the two examples;
1.
Square root of 100 + Square root of 49
i.e √100 + √49
=> 10+7 = 17.

2. √9+ √× =14
=> 3+√× =14
=> 14-3 =√×
=> 11 =√×
=> 11² =×
×= 121

So therefore;

18 A
19 A
