We seek to recruit a Full Stack Software Developer with strong competencies in Full Stack Front/Backend Software Development, JS (Node/Angular/React) and PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter).

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Reviewing, maintaining and upgrading existing systems
- Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
- Presenting ideas for system improvements
- Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes
- Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
- Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programmes
- Testing and evaluating new programmes
- Identifying areas for modification in existing programmes and subsequently developing these modifications
- Writing and implementing efficient codes
- Developing quality assurance procedures
- Deploying software tools, processes and metrics
- Monitor/track/report project risks, issues, milestones, and work completed
- Drive software ideas from concept to reality in a team setting

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in software development
- Experience with Agile Software Development Techniques and Tools: Trello, Version Control (Github/Bitbucket) and Continuous Integration
- Ability to develop design mock-ups using Figma, Zeplin or similar tools
- Experience with front-end technologies like Bootstrap
- Experience with PHP /MySQL, JS and frameworks like CodeIgniter, Laravel, Slim, AngularJS
- Previous projects to proof competence and experience are added advantages
- Ability to work in a team
- Effective communication skills
- Good problem solving skill
- Must have a passion for the Information Technology Industry and able to learn with speed
