Please help wo my tecno p5 plus wont open, it will just show tecno and it will just freeze, and if the phone is switched off and i plug a charger it will just show the bolt sign but it wont show me weather its charging or not.. And when i took it for repairance they told me that their system does not detect my phone، please i need help... |

WizRomeo:your phones os files seems to.be corrupted. It happened to my phone once. My F5. You have to install a new firmware on it. Ask any engineer |

You might need to reload the OS. Take It to Carlcare. It will be taken care of |
