Good morning MY DEAREST NAIRALANDERS,please am having a little issue trying to upload my scanned documents which are in PDF format.The forms include
1. Availability print out
2.Means of Identification
3.Payment receipt
4.Business name..

Attached below is the picture of the error i get after clicking on submit button.

HOW DO I SOLVE THIS ERROR ISSUE?

MIND YOU MY DOCUMENTS IS NOT MORE THAN 5MB.

HELP PLS COS THIS IS THE LAST STAGE TO GET MY BUSINESS NAME REGISTERED?

Hello, I am a programmer, the error you are getting would persist if you don't get a faster internet or reduce/compress the size of your files
What that error means is, what you were trying to upload did not complete the process under 30 seconds
So reduce the size of the file(s) or get a faster internet
If the error still persists after getting a faster internet and reducing the file size so it uploads faster, then the problem is from their end

Now that I have shared my own knowledge, please share yours too. smiley grin
How did you get past the stage of choosing a name , I have done it multiple times and they just keep rejecting my names, even though i did a public search and made sure my chosen names were not similar to any existing business, 500 Naira has been burning

Hello guys. I had the same issue but I figured it out and was able to submit successfully some days ago. You need to choose an originating office with respect to where you chose for certificate collection.

TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, JUST SELECT THE ORIGINATING OFFICE IN THE DROP DOWN MENU ON TOP (JUST BELOW AVAILABILITY CODE). MIND YOU THAT ORIGINATING OFFICE WOULD BE THE CAC OFFICE WHERE YOU WILL PICK UP THE CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.

Anyway i hav it resolved now. Just make sure 2click begin after doing evryting else. I hav always missed out 2click dat after checking d captcha ...now i hav completed my uploads, waiting 4 approval

like someone has rightly said, make sure u pick a particular office where u can pick up ur documents in the list you have on the top of d page
