We already know the plan of Buhari to cause voter apathy in the SE. He wanted to militarize the region with python dance 3, for no reason but to intimidate voters from coming out. Now the next trick is to release Nnamdi Kanu to help sow the seeds of confusion in the region. Nnamdi Kanu is paid by Buhari or was given as a condition for his release by Buhari.
