Please doctors in the house, I need your help.

My mom was diagnosed of h pylori and treated, then we went for upper GI endoscopy then she was diagnosed of gastritis. A biopsy was done at a histology clinic and the result said that no h pylori was found which means it has been eradicated. That it's now a chronic non-specific gastritis

The issue is that all those symptoms that made us go there are still very much active.

1) Stomach ache. The stomach makes loud noises and a lump do appear in the stomach. The lump is hard to touch. When it disappears, it makes very loud sound in the stomach.
2) She avoids a lot of foods eating only fufu and rice
3) When she tasted unripe plantain porridge, it was good the first 2 times she ate it but now, the irritation is all back. She didn't sleep last night for eating it.

I have searched very well online but can't find out what causes the lump to come up. I'm thinking that this issue is not gastritis. Maybe something else is responsible, the doctors seems to have no clue. I'm really worried.
Please what should we do?

NOTE: We went to a federal medical center where we have met several doctors. They recently referred us to gastroentologist (something like that) we will meet him next tomorrow..... But I'm worried seriously.
Were you able to see the gastroentologist? What was the outcome?
