Focus: Purify Yourself

WORD FOR TODAY
The only way to live in expectation of what the Lord has said and what he will do is to purify ourselves!!!

It is not enough that you are very conscious of the word of God in terms of His promises over your life pertaining to your physical life and eternity; the most important thing is for you is to be worthy before Him each time He comes for you.

The ultimate plan of the devil is to ensure that you are defiled before the time of divine intervention and compensation comes. He succeeded in the life of Gehazi and his time of God's visitation was not known. He tried to succeed in the life Joseph but he failed because he purified himself. Daniel and the 3 Hebrews achieved similar feat because they purified themselves.

As a child of God you will be doing yourself a great harm if you are not living in purity because God doesn't dwell in unrighteousness and has nothing to do with people living in disobedience.

To purify yourself means to submit yourself to God to do His will in all situation of life. Allowing God to work in you to do His good pleasure.

For every hope you have in God pertaining to His word in various aspect of life to be fulfilled, you must purify yourself!!!
